Judo: Dangerous Sports for Japanese Schools

From April 2012, the Japanese government will make judo compulsory for school children despite the fact that at least 114 students have died and more than 260 have been severely injured while practicing the sport in the last thirty years.

Concerned parents are raising their voices to reverse the government’s decision in order to prevent more deaths and injuries.
